From the owner

RE:UP Altrincham is a dedicated sports recovery facility in Broadheath, Altrincham, ten minutes from Manchester. The 90-minute recovery session is a full contrast circuit rather than a single treatment: an 8-person Finnish sauna at 90-110C, two cold plunge ice baths held at 4-7C, and Normatec compression boots. From £20, or memberships from £50 a month. It is a standalone recovery venue rather than a gym or hotel spa add-on. Alongside the sauna and ice baths we run sports massage, injury assessment and rehab, and IV vitamin therapy from treatment rooms on site. Open seven days, 08:00-21:00. Rated 5.0 on Google.
