PURE Spa & Wellness (Lothian Road)

Features & Amenities

PURE Spa delivers strong treatments, particularly massage and facials, and the infrared sauna and cold plunge are well-used. The hosts are consistently described as welcoming and professional. However, the space itself is worn, with outdated décor, poor soundproofing, and unclear changing-room logistics that undercut the premium positioning. Several visitors felt the facilities didn't match the pricing. Better suited for those prioritising treatment quality over spa ambiance.
