What visitors say
Based on recent Google reviewsNovo Gym Welling offers modern equipment and a welcoming atmosphere in a compact space, with massage facilities and infrared sauna as draws. However, maintenance concerns dominate recent feedback: multiple machines out of order for months at a time, active ceiling leaks creating puddles near lifting zones, and hygiene issues in the sauna. At around £55/month, reviewers split on whether the amenities justify the price, particularly given nearby leisure centres offer more (classes, pool, gym) at similar or lower cost. Best suited to those prioritising equipment quality and massage over class variety or operational reliability.
