Manor - SW1 Victoria

Features & Amenities

Manor is a boutique strength-and-conditioning and boxing gym near Victoria, not a public spa, which is worth knowing before you go. Founded in 2018 by former athletes, it's known for coaching-led training and a tight-knit community across roughly 6,000 sq ft. For members, recovery is part of the offer: a sauna and cold plunge used as contrast sessions, alongside an on-site physio clinic and changing rooms with showers. The sauna is a members' facility rather than a walk-in service, so there's no standalone day pass for it. Access comes bundled with a training membership or the two-week intro. The sauna type isn't publicly specified.
