Lowlu Sauna & Plunge @ The Padel Yard

Features & Amenities

Lowlu delivers a strong contrast-therapy experience with multiple cold plunges and saunas, backed by attentive staff who excel at welcoming first-timers. Reviewers consistently praise the welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness when operating well, and the range of temperature options. Recent visits have flagged maintenance issues: plunges occasionally out of service or insufficiently cold, saunas below advertised temperature, which undercuts the core appeal of reliable contrast therapy. Staff awareness of problems hasn't translated to quick fixes. When facilities are running properly, it's a standout venue; currently, reliability is the limiting factor.
