Innervisions Alchemy (Bermondsey Sauna & Cold Plunge)

Features & Amenities

Innervisions Alchemy delivers serious sauna and cold-plunge facilities at remarkable value. Reviewers consistently praise the three saunas, three plunge pools, and cleanliness, alongside attentive staff and complimentary herbal tea. The industrial car-park setting is deliberately unpolished, but inside feels peaceful and intentional. Weekend events add themed drinks and body treatments. At around £5 for 90 minutes, it's a standout for regular contrast-therapy sessions or curious first-timers willing to embrace the unconventional vibe.
