igym Carshalton

Features & Amenities

igym Carshalton has a functional sauna and steam room when available, and a pool for lap swimming. However, the sauna has been out of order for nearly a year, and repairs typically take months (a broken bench took six months to fix). The pool water runs warmer than some prefer, and recent price increases have frustrated members given the limited improvements post-refurbishment. Staff are described as lovely, but the gap between advertised amenities and what's actually operational is a significant concern for the membership value proposition.
