Goldex Fitness - Blackheath

Features & Amenities

Goldex draws strong praise for its women-only ethos and standout coaching, particularly from trainers like Maham and Helena, who deliver technique-focused instruction and foster real community connection. The sauna and steam room are listed amenities. However, multiple recent reviewers report significant cleanliness issues: dirty showers, steam room and sauna areas, overflowing bins, and poor waste management that don't match membership expectations. The venue appears to rely on trainers rather than dedicated cleaners, which reviewers say shows in the condition of downstairs facilities. If cleanliness improves, the wellness offering has genuine appeal for women building strength and fitness confidence.
