Blocspa Brixton

Features & Amenities

Blocspa's sauna sits inside a climbing and weights gym, offering proper Scandinavian-style heat and individual cold plunge pools for hot-cold cycles. Reviewers consistently praise how genuinely hot the sauna gets and the clean, spacious design. The setup works well for post-session recovery or contrast training, with staff described as friendly and gear either supplied or available to buy. It reads as a genuine local asset rather than an add-on amenity.
