1Rebel High Street Kensington

Features & Amenities

1Rebel High Street Kensington is built around its reformer classes and team atmosphere rather than wellness facilities per se. Reviewers consistently highlight the staff-particularly their warmth, attentiveness, and ability to make regulars feel known and welcomed by name. The space is described as spotless, and small touches like cold towels and freshly made protein shakes add to the experience. Classes are praised as challenging without being overwhelming. While the venue lists cold plunge and infrared sauna as amenities, reviewers focus almost entirely on the fitness classes and community vibe, making this a good fit for those seeking energetic group training and genuine staff connection.
